Jeremy Allen

Property Management Supervisor

Jeremy is a local Morrisville guy who graduated from People’s Academy and went to UVM in Burlington. He started with LPS in 2019 and is a valued team member. He works with our subcontractors, manages a group of property managers, and facilitates property checks. He ensures we run a smooth operation on the day to day and guarantees we are most efficient. We are thankful for Jeremy! When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys golf, playing softball, and hunting.

Brian Bailey

Brian Bailey, Manager

Brian Bailey grew up in a small southern Vermont town, Newfane, where he attended Leland and Gray Union High School.  After high school (2007) he went on to college at the University of New Hampshire and graduated with an associate degree in business management, landscape design and ornamental horticulture with a concentration in landscape construction. 

After college, Brian moved back to Hardwick, Vermont, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.  In Brian’s free time he enjoys quality time with his family and enjoys recreational sports such as hockey and softball.  He also has a passion for the outdoors; he loves hunting and fishing. 

Brian came to Loomis Property Services back in 2012 and brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.  His expertise in landscape design and construction is topnotch.  He is a true team leader, confidant, and vital member of the Loomis Property Services Team.

Sam Fellows, Landscape Manager

Sam Fellows, landscape manager at Loomis Property Services, grew up locally in Morrisville, Vermont. He attended Peoples Academy High School before heading to Champlain College to study Business Management. After a few years there, he transferred up the road to the University of Vermont where he majored in Sustainable Landscape Horticulture. During his college years he began working in the landscaping industry. Sam started with small companies, mowing lawns and performing maintenance work, and eventually leading to landscape construction and masonry. 

Joining Loomis Property Services in 2018, Sam has brought over ten years of landscape construction experience to the team.  Sam is extremely well rounded and brings value to the team in many ways. His technical knowledge, when it comes to landscape design and construction, is expert level.  He is meticulous when it comes to organization and his attention to detail.

In his spare time, Sam has always enjoyed sports, hunting, and spending time in the great outdoors.  He has been active in the local community, helping as an assistant coach to the Peoples Academy Baseball Team. Sam recently transformed to helping with his daughter’s various sporting and recreational activities.  Sam and his family live in Hyde Park.

Tyler Fitzgerald

Tyler grew up locally in Morrisville, Vermont. He attended People’s Academy HS. While attending school he worked for his father and their family landscaping business. After graduating, he spent two years working for a local cable company, Stowe Cable. Tyler realized landscaping is the field he desired to be in and ventured back into the landscaping trade. He started at LPS in 2020 and has been irreplaceable since. In the winter he heads up our operations team so we can have seamless snowplowing and shoveling during the toughest storms. He is not afraid to put in the hard hours and his work ethic sets the standard for LPS expectations. We greatly appreciate him!

Tyler and his wife own a home in Morrisville with their daughter and baby number two is on the way. In his free time, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. He also loves being a father and spending time with his family.

Robert Kleinfelder

Property Manager/Pool & Spa

Robert started with LPS in 2020 and has been a joy every sense. Robert is responsible for helping with property checks. He meets with subcontractors for various appointments. When it comes to pool and hot tub/spa maintenance, he is our expert. Please reach out if you need help in this area. We are taking on new business. Robert is a dog lover and lives locally.

Regina “Reggie” Naramore

Reggie has over 21 years of experience from the Guest Services and property management industry. She joined us in 2020 and her goals are to enhance the quality of services we are delivering and to help provide a timelier response to our valued clients. We want to make sure we are consistently meeting the needs of your home and going above and beyond. Reggie is our point person for communications regarding the property management side of LPS (service coordination). Reggie is from Massachusetts and a New England Patriots fan; makes for a fun work environment in the fall!

Ed comes to LPS with over 20 years of experience in the turf and landscape maintenance industry. Before working for LPS, Ed was working for the industry in New Jersey. He and his family relocated to Vermont in 2021 and LPS was lucky to have him join the team! He quickly rolled up his sleeves and fit right in, showing and sharing his wealth of knowledge for growing and maintaining beautiful landscapes. His expertise is invaluable to our clients and he is very dependable and trustworthy.

Lisa Williams

We don’t know what we would do without Lisa! She is accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, human resources, invoicing, and so much more. Lisa is a very dedicated employee and one of the hardest working people we know. Lisa joined us in 2014 and is a vital part to our organization and success.

Lisa lives in Hyde Park with her husband Eric. She has two children and family means everything to her. She enjoys summers up to camp and working the Christmas tree stand in the winter. We are so happy to have Lisa as part of our extended family (she basically is Brett’s Mom away from home!).
